Who can use this?
  • AI Wallet management is available to all plans.
  • Only the Account Owner or users with the Admin role can monitor usage and purchase top-ups.
The AI Wallet holds your monthly AI credit allocation — credits are consumed when AI-powered features are used. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; additional credits can be purchased as top-ups.
The AI Wallet is separate from your Message Credits wallet. AI Credits fund AI-powered features (Chat AI Agent, GPT nodes, AI Reply, and more); Message Credits fund WhatsApp’s per-message charges. Both are usage-based add-ons that run independently on top of your plan — topping up one never affects the other.

Plan Availability & Credit Allocation

Credited on the 1st of the month account wide, irrespective of billing cycle / date .
Credit top-ups are available on all plans in increments of 1,000 credits.

What Uses AI Credits?

AI credits are consumed by any feature that calls an AI model:

Credit consumption examples

Chat AI Agent:
  • Customer asks a question → AI responds → ~3 credits consumed
  • 500 credits on Basic = ~165 AI responses/month (at 3 credits/response)
Bot flow with GPT Dialog:
  • Flow with GPT Dialog node handles 50 conversations/day, each ~5 AI responses
  • Daily consumption: 50 × 5 × 3 = 750 credits/day → ~22,500 credits/month (exceeds Basic and Essential — Advanced recommended)

Monitoring AI Credit Usage

Go to Settings → Billing → AI Wallet. The page shows credits remaining, credits used this month, a daily usage chart, a breakdown by feature, and a projected run-out date at current usage.

Setting up alerts

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → AI Wallet → Alerts.
  2. Set an alert threshold — e.g., “Alert me when 80% of credits are used.”
  3. Choose notification method: email to Admin, or in-app notification.
  4. Save.

When Credits Run Out

  • Chat AI Agent falls back to your configured fallback message
  • AI Reply, AI Rewrite, and AI Translate stop working
  • Bot flow AI nodes (GPT Dialog, GPT Knowledge Base) error at that node
Conversation handling continues — non-AI nodes (Send, Ask, Condition, etc.) keep working. Only AI-powered features are affected.

Purchasing Top-Ups

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → AI Wallet → Buy Top-Up.
  2. Select the top-up amount in 1,000-credit units.
  3. Review the price and click Purchase — credits are added immediately.
  4. The charge appears on your next invoice.
Top-up pricing: blocks of 1,000 credits, priced per credit: ₹0.30 (INR), $0.00266 (USD), AED 0.012. Purchased top-up credits remain in your wallet and do not reset at the end of a billing cycle.

Optimizing AI Credit Usage

  1. Configure your Chat AI Agent to only handle specific topics; redirect off-topic queries to human agents
  2. Enable AI Reply only for agents who need it most
  3. Keep GPT Dialog prompts short and focused
  4. Route to human agents when credits run out, instead of showing errors
  5. Check the usage breakdown by feature to see what’s driving consumption

FAQs

Your plan’s monthly allocation resets each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits don’t reset and stay in your wallet.
Shared across the whole account, not per user. All team members draw from the same pool.
Yes — disable Chat AI Agent, AI Reply, or AI Rewrite individually under Settings → Chat AI Agent. Disabling a feature stops credit consumption for it entirely.
