Integrations connect Gallabox to the tools you already use — your online store, CRM, payment gateway, spreadsheet, and more. Once connected, data flows automatically between systems, eliminating manual data entry and enabling real-time actions in your conversations.

How Integrations Work in Gallabox

There are three ways to use integrations:

Bot Flow Connectors

Connectors are used inside bot flows — when a specific action happens in the conversation, the connector performs an operation in the external tool. Example: Bot flow creates a Razorpay payment link → customer pays → Wait for Order node catches the payment event → bot updates the Shopify order status to “Confirmed” and sends a confirmation message

API Call Node

For tools without a pre-built connector, the API Call node (Essential+) can make HTTP requests to any REST API. Example: Custom ERP system → API Call node fetches real-time inventory → Bot tells customer if a product is in stock

Workflow Integrations

Some integrations work without any bot flow — an event in the external tool (payment captured, order shipped, cart abandoned, meeting booked) arrives via webhook and triggers a workflow that sends an approved WhatsApp template automatically. Example: Shiprocket marks an order “Out for Delivery” → workflow fires → customer gets a WhatsApp update with the tracking link

Connecting Your First Integration

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Find the tool you want to connect
  3. Click Connect → authenticate with OAuth (a secure sign-in — you log into the other tool directly, and Gallabox never sees your password) or enter your API key
  4. Once connected, the tool is available inside bot flow nodes

E-commerce (Basic+)

Connect your online store to sync orders, update status, and manage products. Tools: Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, PhonePe What you can do:
  • Update order status when payment is confirmed
  • Send shipping notifications when orders ship

CRM (Essential+)

Connect your CRM to capture leads, update deals, and manage your sales pipeline. Tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM & Zoho Bigin, Sangam CRM, LeadSquared (Essential+); Pipedrive (Advanced); Kylas, Odoo What you can do:
  • Create a CRM contact when someone fills out a form
  • Update deal stages when orders are placed
  • Log conversation data to CRM for sales follow-up
  • Trigger sales notifications when high-value leads interact

Payment Gateways (Basic+ / Advanced)

Process payments and manage transactions directly in WhatsApp. Tools: Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree What you can do:
  • Send payment links and collect payments via WhatsApp Pay
  • Wait for the payment event with the Wait for Order node before continuing the flow
  • Handle failed payments with retry flows

FAQs

Yes — there’s no limit on the number of integrations you can connect. You can have Shopify + HubSpot + Google Sheets + Zoom all connected simultaneously.
Yes — use the API Call node in bot flows (Essential+) to make HTTP requests to any REST API. If the tool has a public API, you can connect it even without a pre-built Gallabox connector. Contact Gallabox support to request a new connector if you need one.
If an integration call fails, the bot flow stops at that node and logs an error. Use a Condition node to check success/failure and add your own fallback — failed calls are not retried automatically.
Integrations primarily work inside bot flows. In sequences (proactive multi-step campaigns), only message sending is available — connector-based actions require bot flows. For lead capture with CRM sync, use a bot flow triggered by a keyword.
