WooCommerce

The direct WooCommerce store connector is being phased out. For new cart-recovery setups, use Shopflo (below); for other store events, use webhooks.

What WooCommerce integration does

Supported WooCommerce actions

  • Update order metadata — update custom order fields in WooCommerce

How to connect WooCommerce

  2. Enter your Store URL (e.g., https://mystore.com)

  4. Click Connect
  5. Verify the connection with a test request
Note: WooCommerce REST API must be enabled in your WordPress settings.

WooCommerce use cases

Update custom order fields in WooCommerce when a bot flow completes a checkout step:

Razorpay

Razorpay is documented with the other payment gateways — see Payment Gateway integrations.

PhonePe

PhonePe is documented with the other payment gateways — see Payment Gateway integrations.

Shopflo

What Shopflo integration does

Connects Shopflo (checkout platform) to Gallabox — recovers abandoned carts by sending automated WhatsApp follow-up messages to customers who left items behind. This is a workflow integration: Shopflo’s abandoned-cart webhook triggers the message; no bot flow is needed.

Available workflows

  • Abandoned Checkout — send a recovery template when a customer abandons the cart. Available variables include Full Name, Total Price, Order Items, Checkout URL, and Checkout Token — so the message can link straight back to the customer’s cart:
After the message, you can add an Action — update contact tags, conversation tags, or contact email.

How to connect Shopflo

  1. Go to Integrations → Shopflo, click Connect, name the integration, and submit — copy the generated Webhook URL
  2. In Shopflo: Settings → Integrations → Abandoned Cart Webhooks, enable webhook tracking, paste the URL, enable it, and save
  3. Back in Gallabox, choose the WhatsApp channel and click Update Configuration
  4. Click Use beside the Abandoned Checkout workflow, pick a template, map variables, and click Create Workflow
To disable it later, toggle the workflow’s Status switch off in the Workflows tab.

WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery

This integration (via the CartFlows / Cart Abandonment Recovery WordPress plugin) is deprecated. Existing workflows may experience disruptions. For new cart-recovery setups, use Shopflo or the standard WooCommerce integration with webhooks.
