What Bot Analytics Shows

The Bot report shows how rule-based bot flows perform for the selected channel, bot, and date range. You can calculate a completion percentage from the displayed totals: Completed Session ÷ Bot Session × 100.

How to Access Bot Analytics

1

Open Analytics

Open Analytics in the left navigation of Gallabox.
2

Open the Bots tab

Select Dashboard, then click Bots.
3

Select the report filters

Select the channel, bot, and date range you want to analyse.
4

Review the data

Review the session totals, flow session distribution, average session length, and top drop cards.

Find Where Sessions Drop

  1. Go to Analytics → Dashboard and open the Bots tab.
  2. Select the channel, bot, and date range.
  3. Review Bot Session, Completed Session, and Dropped Session.
  4. In Top drop cards, select the published bot flow.
  5. Use Card Name, Reference ID, and Drop-off Count to identify the card with the highest drop-off percentage and count.
  6. Open the bot builder separately, locate that card by its reference ID, and review its question, options, validation, and next path.
  7. After publishing a change, compare the same date-range metrics with the earlier baseline.

Measure Flow Completion

  1. Note the Bot Session and Completed Session values for the selected filters.
  2. Calculate Completed Session ÷ Bot Session × 100.
  3. Save the result as your baseline.
  4. After changing and publishing the flow, use the same filters and calculate the percentage again.
Pro tip: Keep the channel, bot, and date-range length consistent when comparing results before and after a flow change.
