Human Calling Pricing

Effective: June 2026

How Pricing Works

Human Calling charges are based on the duration of completed calls. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Calls are billed per minute in six-second increments
  • Pricing depends on the destination country of the phone number being called

Call Duration Rounding

Call duration is rounded up to the nearest six-second pulse. For example, a 56-second call is billed as 10 pulses (60 seconds). This ensures fair billing for both short and longer calls.

Country-Based Pricing

The price per minute is determined by the country code of the phone number you’re calling. Each destination has its own rate. Calls to numbers in different countries will have different pricing.

Pricing by Currency

Rates shown below are per minute of call duration.

Example Calculations

USD Example A 3-minute call to Brazil:
  • Call duration: 3 minutes = 30 six-second pulses
  • Rate per minute: $0.01296
  • Total cost: 3 minutes × 0.01296=0.01296 = **0.03888**
INR Example A 5-minute call to India:
  • Call duration: 5 minutes = 50 six-second pulses
  • Rate per minute: Rs. 0.46620
  • Total cost: 5 minutes × Rs. 0.46620 = Rs. 2.331

Billing and Payment

Call charges are deducted from your Message Credit Wallet at the end of each call. Ensure your account has sufficient credits to place calls. Your credit balance is visible in the Gallabox dashboard. Incoming calls are not charged. You only pay for outgoing calls that you initiate. Incoming calls from customers are completely free. Note that A minimum balance is needed to start a call. If your message credit balance falls below the cost of one minute (Rs. 1 / 10 cents), outgoing calls are blocked until you top up — so it’s worth keeping enough credit on hand to cover your expected calling.
Rates are effective as of June 2026 and are subject to change.
