# Pricing & Billing

> How Gallabox billing works: your subscription plan unlocks features, while Message Credits and AI Credits meter usage on top of it.

Gallabox billing has three parts, and they work differently on purpose:

| What it buys  | Unlocks Gallabox features — bot nodes, integrations, seats, and your monthly AI credit allowance | Pays for WhatsApp's per-message template charges | Pays for AI-powered feature usage (Chat AI Agent, GPT nodes, AI Reply, and more) |
| Billing shape | Fixed — billed monthly or annually                                                               | Prepaid wallet, consumed per message sent        | Monthly allowance included in your plan, topped up as you use more               |

Your **plan** decides what you *can* do. **Message Credits** and **AI Credits** are the two usage-based meters that run independently on top of it — topping up one never affects the other, and neither is required to keep your subscription active.
