# MiiTel

Below are the steps to follow in order to connect your MiiTel account with your Gallabox account.

### Access MiiTel from Gallabox

1. Click on the Integrations in the left navigation Pane of Gallabox. Choose MiiTel from the Available apps and click on the Integration.

2. Click on 'Connect' button on the right side of window. Enter your desired Integration Name and submit. The integration will be created and you will be asked to configure the integration.

### Configure MiiTel in Gallabox

  To configure MiiTel, you need admin access.

To configure MiiTel, you have to add Access Token, Company ID, Circuit Number and select the desired Channel Name. Follow the below steps.

1. Go to admin settings from your MiiTel dashboard. from the left navigation, go to JavaScript Widget under Third- Party integrations.

2. Copy the value for "access\_key" inside the JavaScript Widget Code and paste it for Access Token in Gallabox.

3. Copy the value for 'company\_id' in JavaScript Widget Code and pasted it for Company ID in Gallabox.

4. For Circuit Number, go to Phone Number Management under Phone Number in left navigation. Copy the value under Circuit title for the number or numbers you want to connect.

5. From the dropdown, select the WhatsApp Channel.

6. Click on Update Configuration. The integration will be updated and a MiiTel pop-up will be activated for quick access.

The MiiTel pop-up will be shown all across the product, you can minimize, maximize based on your choice.
